Depending on availability, purchases may be made directly through elietahari.com or through the assistance of Customer Service agents. All aspects of your online ordering and/or purchase will be performed on behalf of ELIE TAHARI, inc (referred to here as “We” or ELIE TAHARI).
Online purchases from this section of the site may be made by US residents for the delivery to clients in the mainland US, Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to deliver online purchases outside of the US at this time.
TopProduct Availability
Elie Tahari products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offer or sales promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fullfill your order. Please note the following product availability descriptions:
- Avaible now: Products are in stock and ready to ship.
- Out of Stock: Products are currently unavailable and most likely will not be available in the future. In this instance, a customer service agent may be able to help you locate a particular item. Please contact customerservice@elietahari.com
- Pre-Order: Products are not yet in stock but will ship in the next few weeks. Your credit card will not be charged for a pre-order until that item ships.
Pricing And Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.
Prices displayed on the Elie Tahari Site are quoted in US dollars. ELIE TAHARI.com accepts the following credit card payment options:

At this time ELIE TAHARI.com cannot accept international credit cards.
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
TopPromotional Offers
From time to time, www.elietahari.com offers promotional offers. As specified in the emails, these offers are not valid on past purchases and we are unable to do price adjustments on previous orders.
TopCharging Your Debit Card
The total dollar amount of your order will be authorized at the time your card is approved, which may have an effect on your account balance even though the actual payment (transfer of funds) will not occur until your order ships.
If you order a pre-order item, we recommend that you deduct the full amount of your order from your debit card records to ensure funds are available as your items are shipped.
TopMultiple Shipments
If your order is sent in multiple shipments. your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
TopSales Tax
Elie Tahari charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions as required by applicable laws. Please note that your onscreen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in case of law change.
In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your elietahari.com order if your shipping address is in one of the following states: CA, PA, VA, MA, FL, GA, NV, TX, IL, NJ, WA, OH or NY
TopShipping And Delivery
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. elietahari.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1pm will be processed and shipped that business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 1PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Elietahari.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays.
We ship via UPS to addresses within the United States.
For your protection, any order totaling $2,500.00 or more requires a signature at the time of delivery.
For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, we will ship via the United States Postal Service. Please allow for 5-10 days for delivery, expedited shipping is not available.
We are unable to ship orders to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
TopRefusal Of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on elietahari.com the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after an order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.
TopReturns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your elietahari.com order, thus we will accept your return or exchange of product in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items marked 50% off or more are not returnable online or at our retail stores. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, elietahari.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
TopElietahari.com Return Instructions
To return an item purchased at elietahari.com, simply follow the return instructions on the order invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and return the bottom portion of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels. Affix our pre-paid UPS return label to that shipping box and drop it off at any UPS pick-up location.
If you return more than one item, each item returned will be refunded to your credit card as an individual transaction. If you ship your elietahari.com return using our pre-paid UPS return label that was included in your elietahari.com order, $7.00 will be deducted from one of your individual return transactions. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For tracking your return, we recommend that you take note of the return tracking number from UPS. This will assist you with any issues with your return.
Once your return package has been received by elietahari.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two to four weeks. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
TopIn Store Returns & Exchanges
ELIETAHARI.COM PURCHASES -

Items purchased on ELIE TAHARI.com and received as a gift may be returned by mail when accompanied by a gift receipt within 14 days of purchase - a credit will be issued in the form of an ELIETAHARI.com gift card via mail. Please make sure to include your mailing address with your gift receipt when you ship your return.
TopElie Tahari Items Purchased at Other Locations
ELIE TAHARI items purchased at ELIE TAHARI retail stores, department stores, or any other store selling ELIE TAHARI merchandise may not be returned to ELIE TAHARI.com.
TopRedeeming Coupon or Promotion Codes
To redeem coupon or promotion codes simply enter the code into the appropriate field during the billing section of the checkout process. Your order total will reflect any and all price changes.
TopGift Cards
Elie Tahari Gift Cards come with our signature brown box. Elie Tahari Gift Cards may be used online at elietahari.com or at any Elie Tahari Retail Store. Upon receiving your order, the gift card will be shipped in physical form to the Shipping Address.
Purchases may be made with a combination of gift cards and credit cards. The gift card will be the primary form of payment. Returns will be refunded with a new gift card. Should you return a purchase that was made with a combination of a gift card and a credit card, your credit card will be credited for the entire return amount. This gift card will be mailed to you upon receipt of your return.
Please note, if you return a purchase made with a combination of a gift card and PayPal, you will receive your entire return amount on a new gift card. This gift card will be mailed to you upon receipt of your return.

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is also available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.
TopPre-Order Item Availability
Pending credit card authorization, pre-order items will be processed, charged, and shipped as they become available. Pre-order shipping dates are for estimation purposes only; items may ship before or after the estimated shipping date. Your credit card will be charged as your items are shipped. The total shipping charges for each shipment will be allocated proportionally to the cost of the items shipped; the total shipping cost charged will not increase. Please note that all pre-order items will ship via standard ground. You may receive several shipments in order to complete the fulfillment of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.

When you are shopping on elietahari.com and click Add to Cart, your selected item will be saved in your Cart. Your Cart holds products that you may wish to purchase while you continue to shop. The item(s) you place in your Cart will remain there for the next 48 hours, or until they are purchased, whichever occurs first.

Update the Quantity - To do this, select the quantity you wish to purchase from the drop down box and click Update.
Remove an Item from your Cart - To remove an item completely from your Cart, simply click Remove next to each item that you want to remove from your Cart.

Save your Cart - If you are not ready to purchase the items in your Cart now, you can save your Cart and retrieve them within the next 48 hours (after that it will automatically be removed). Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of items saved in your cart.
Edit Details - If you wish to view or change the items in you Cart, simply click on Edit next to the item you wish to change. This will bring up a Quick View of the selected product where you can change your item choice, your size, or your color. Make your selections or changes and click Update to return to you Cart.

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and telephone number. If you are a registered user, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing page.

Review your order information, shipping address, billing address, and payment information to ensure they are all correct and then click Place My Order.
TopOrder Summary
Once you have placed your order, you will see your order summary, which will include your order number. At this time you will be able to print a copy of your receipt for your records. A copy of your receipt will also be included in your order shipment. If, during checkout, you indicated that this order is a gift, a gift receipt, which excludes all prices, will be included in your order shipment.
TopOrder & Shipping Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order number. If you are a registered user, you can use your order number to track your order in My Account. *We recommend that you package the item securely and ship the product via insured mail as Elie Tahari will not be responsible for problems with delivery or if damage occurs during shipping.
