Elie Tahari offers international shipping on most items. However, we regret certain items may not be eligible for international shipping such as:
- Gift Cards
- Hazardous materials, aerosols, and other items restricted from exporting
- Items with licensing restrictions
- Items over $10,000 in value
If there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. or imported into your destination country selection, you will be notified during the checkout process before your order is submitted.
Unfortunately, Gift Cards are not available for sale or redemption on international orders. All Gift Card purchases and redemptions must go through the US shipping site.
Duty & Tax
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree (our International Shipping partner) during your checkout.

Full price and sale merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns of Final Sale merchandise will not be accepted.
We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded after any return shipping and handling costs. If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, our partner Borderfree will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at ElieTahari.com.

Q: I live in the U.S., can I ship an order to an international destination, but pay in USD?
A: Yes, you can choose to ship your order to any international destination that is currently available online, but pay in USD using a U.S. credit card. This also works if you are living or traveling abroad but want to shop and pay in your home currency.
Elie Tahari products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offer or sales promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order. - Available now: Products are in stock and ready to ship.

Measuring Instructions for Women: Before beginning, read the guidelines below and then compare your measurements to the size chart. We recommend using a fabric tape measure when measuring your dimensions.
- Bust - wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
- Natural Waist - measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape against your body.
- Drop Waist - measure around and below your belly button 2 inches, keeping the tape against your body.
- Hips - stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Measuring Instructions for Men: Before beginning, read the guidelines below and then compare your measurements to the size chart . We recommend using a fabric tape measure when measuring your dimensions.
- Chest - wrap the tape measure around the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
- Sleeve - bend arm and place on hip. Measure along the arm from the center back of your neck to your wrist.
- Waist - measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
- Inseam - measure along the inside of the leg just below the crotch to one inch below the ankle.
Complimentary packaging is available for all online orders. Gift orders arrive tissue wrapped in our signature brown gift box finished with satin ribbon — including a personalized message and gift receipt. To request gift packaging, simply select the “Include a Gift Box” option at checkout. Note: exclusions may apply on larger or over-sized items.
