We offer Paypal as a payment option for online orders. Paypal is a service that allows us to offer our clients the ability to make purchases now and pay for them later in four equal installments, made every two weeks.

All items in your cart must be eligible for payment by Paypal. Ineligible items include gift cards and pre-order items. Clients must have a U.S. billing address and a U.S. phone number to use Paypal.

Paypal – How to use it?

Shop and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Paypal as your payment method. You will be directed to the Paypal website to register and provide payment details. If you have used Paypal before, just log into your Paypal account and complete your order.

Paypal – Is there a spend amount?

Yes, your cart must be above $50 to use Paypal with Elie Tahari. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Several factors are taken into consideration to determine order approvals. Not all orders will be approved.

Paypal – Returns & Exchanges

When you use Paypal, we will refund you by the following:

• Online returns are refunded to your Paypal account

• In-store returns are refunded with a gift card. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method used with Paypal, our store team can assist by shipping your return to our return center, as these refunds cannot be processed in-store.

• Paypal orders cannot be exchanged 

Paypal – How do refunds work?

While Paypal returns will follow our standard return process, Paypal refunds differ slightly from traditional payment methods. Once your return is processed by Elie Tahari, the refund is automatically sent to Paypal. Thereafter, your payment installment plan is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment installment and working backwards.
