WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise marked 40% Off or less can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Final Sale merchandise or items marked 41% off and over cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for an Elie Tahari merchandise credit at the discretion of customer service. The amount of the merchandise credit will be the current selling price of the items returned.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Footwear returns must be in the original condition. Elie Tahari does not accept returns for worn footwear.
Any merchandise purchased in the outlet boutiques is returnable only to the outlet boutiques. Outlet merchandise will not be acceptable for return in the full price retail boutiques.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Elie Tahari reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
At this time, elietahari.com only offers UPS return labels for domestic return addresses. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the U.S.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
Elie Tahari will honor a price adjustment within 10 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Customer Service by phone at 1-800-649-6179 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Order Number for reference.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You may check the status of your order even if you are not a registered user by clicking on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You will need to provide the order number and billing zip code.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the tracking number for your package.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT?
If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on elietahari.com, you may exchange the merchandise for an Elie Tahari gift card or you can choose to refund the original form of payment submitted. Please indicate your choice in the space provided on the packing slip enclosed with your merchandise and follow the accompanying return instructions. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact Elie Tahari Customer Service by phone at 1-800-649-6179 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD?
Please go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you used to sign into your account and we'll send you a temporary password to that email address.
Once you have logged in using your temporary password, go to the Personal Data section of the My Account page and change your password to something you will remember.
CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can check-out without creating an account, just click the Checkout as Guest button to continue as a guest. You can always set up an account once your order has been placed. We’ll save your contact information to make it easier to checkout for future purchases.

ElieTahari.com accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept international credit cards with US shipping addresses.
We cannot accept JCB or Discover Card. Additionally, we also do not accept checks, cash or money orders.
We also accept PAYPAL and Elie Tahari Physical and Virtual Gift Cards.
WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY?

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM IF IT DELIVERS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Elie Tahari is happy to handle repairs or exchanges which result from a manufacturing defect. However, we cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states:
Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey (accessories only), New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania (accessories only), Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.
Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. HOW CAN I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?
Simply present your Gift Card to any salesperson at the time of purchase. If purchasing online, please enter your gift card number during the payment section of Checkout.
Virtual Gift Cards can be redeemed online and in-store. If redeeming in store, please present the virtual gift card email or the gift card number to a Sales Associate.
