Shipping Information
We offer complimentary U.S. ground shipping on orders over $350. Orders under $350 ship for a flat rate of $15. International orders are shipped via DHL and are subject to shipping fees, duties, and taxes determined at checkout.
Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day.
Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier operations, and seasonal demand. During promotional periods and holidays, fulfillment times may be extended.

Lost or Missing Packages

Returns must be sent using our provided return label when possible
Items returned using your own shipping method are sent at your own risk
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns unless shipped via our approved label and eligible for carrier investigation
International Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition.
To start a return for an order shipped internationally or to Puerto Rico, please visit our online return portal.
Refunds will be processed for the cost of merchandise only. If applicable, duties and taxes may be refunded to you based on the location. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
We do not offer exchanges or gift returns for international orders.

Gift purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Online Purchases
Exchange for another item or an Elie Tahari eGift Card.
Gift givers may receive a refund to the original form of payment when making the return.

In-Store Purchases
Exchange for another item or an Elie Tahari Gift Card within 14 days of purchase.

Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, and Google Pay.
For U.S. orders (50 states only), we also accept Elie Tahari Gift Cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Restrictions
Pre-order items cannot be purchased with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or gift cards
We do not accept checks, cash, American Express/Visa gift cards, or money orders
Gift cards cannot be used for international orders or orders shipping to Puerto Rico
Promo Codes
Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions on the same item.
Split Payments
We do not accept split payments across multiple credit cards. One gift card may be combined with a credit card or other accepted payment method.
International Payments
We accept most major credit cards with an international billing address and Google Pay. Gift cards are not accepted for international orders or Puerto Rico shipments. See International Shipping for eligible countries.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the state and county of the shipping address on your order.
Shop Pay
We offer Shop pay as a payment option for online orders. Shop pay is a service that allows us to offer our clients the ability to make purchases now and pay for them later in four equal installments, made every two weeks.
All items in your cart must be eligible for payment by Shop pay. Ineligible items include gift cards and pre-order items. Clients must have a U.S. billing address and a U.S. phone number to use Shop pay.
Shop pay – How to use it?
Shop Elie Tahari and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Shop pay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Shop pay website to register and provide payment details. If you have used Shop pay before, just log into your Shop pay account and complete your order.

Shop pay – Is there a spend amount?
Yes, your cart must be atleast $50 to use Shop pay with Elie Tahari. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Shop pay and Elie Tahari are committed to responsible spending. Several factors are taken into consideration to determine order approvals. Not all orders will be approved.
