Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

All orders are reviewed by our fraud prevention team to ensure security.

What shipping methods are available?

Available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

While we work with trusted carriers, transit times are estimates and may be affected by external delays.

What is your return window?

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility:

✔ Full-price items → Refund or exchange

✔ Items discounted up to 30% → Refund or exchange

✔ Items discounted 31–49% → Exchange or merchandise credit

✖ Items discounted 50%+ → Final sale

Refund Processing

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after arrival.

Merchandise credits may take up to 24 hours to be issued once your return is completed.

Lost or Missing Packages

To cover any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, we offer this package protection service. By opting into Swap, we can quickly resolve any such issues by placing a new order on your behalf or issuing a refund—giving you peace of mind during the shipping process. By choosing to opt out of package protection, you assume responsibility for the shipment once it is in transit. Elie Tahari will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase.
