How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders, and a flat rate of $10 for all international orders.
SHIPPING
Shipping & Delivery
Overnight shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. At this time, we are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We currently offer FedEx Ground and FedEx 2nd Day Air within the United States. Orders confirmed before 12 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.
Please note that shipping timelines may vary based on merchandise availability and carrier operations. For the most up-to-date holiday shipping schedules, we recommend visiting the FedEx website.
During promotional events and peak holiday periods, fulfillment times may be extended due to higher order volume. If you require your order sooner, we recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout to help ensure the earliest possible delivery.

Duties, Taxes & Shipping Charges
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if they are not already included in the product price.
Itemized Shipping Costs
Your full cost quote may include the following charges:
- Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
- Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
- Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
- Fuel: the additional charge incurred by the carrier to account for an increase in fuel charges (percentage of freight)
- Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
- Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
- Disbursement: the amount charged by the carrier to disburse the costs to the country
- Other fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)
- For a limited time, orders shipping to Canada receive complimentary shipping
International Order Policies
Terms & Conditions
- Pre-order items cannot be shipped outside of the continental U.S. If a pre-order item is in your shopping bag, it must be removed before checkout can continue. Once an item is no longer listed as “pre-order,” it will be available for delivery.
- Due to shipping regulations, fragrance cannot be shipped outside of the continental U.S.
- Gift packaging is not available for orders shipping to Puerto Rico or international destinations
- Gift cards are not accepted for orders shipping to Puerto Rico or international destinations

If your order has not been delivered or you believe it has been lost in transit, please submit a claim through our claims portal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise discounted 30% or less from MSRP can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise discounted between 31-49% from MSRP is eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit only within 14 days of the delivery date.
Final Sale merchandise or items discounted 50% or more from MSRP cannot be returned or exchanged.
Elie Tahari offers a one-time price adjustment per order within 14 days of purchase. Final sale merchandise is not eligible for any price adjustment.
At this time, Elietahari.com only offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses which we process at a $12 fee. The customer is required to pay shipping and taxes on return orders sent from outside the U.S.
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Once processed, eligible merchandise credits can take up to 24 hours to be delivered.
We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.
International Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition.
To start a return for an order shipped internationally or to Puerto Rico, please visit our online return portal.
Refunds will be processed for the cost of merchandise only. If applicable, duties and taxes may be refunded to you based on the location. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
We do not offer exchanges or gift returns for international orders.

Disclaimer: If you use your own shipping label to return your order, we will not be liable for any damage, defect or loss that occurs in transit. Any return sent with a label that was not generated through our return portal is sent at your own risk. Elie Tahari is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless we have the ability to follow up directly with our courier to launch an investigation and submit a claim. We will not offer credit or refunds for returned packages / items that are reported as missing or damaged in the event that the complimentary return label that we offer is not used.
How to Receive Your Return Label:
To start your return, please visit our Return Portal. Just enter your order number and the zip code or email address associated with your order. Once you've accessed the portal, you just need to identify the item(s) that you are interested in returning and select a reason for sending the garment(s) back. Please provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can best understand the reason the garment did not work for you.

Return In-Store
Contact or visit your local store to return or exchange an item. They will be happy to assist.
We accept gift returns and exchanges free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Gifts purchased online can either be exchanged for a new item or an eGift card within 14 days of delivery. Gifts purchased at a Elie Tahari store can either be exchanged for a new item or a gift card, within 14 days of when the gift was purchased. Gift givers can also receive a refund to their original form of payment if they make the return themselves.

Pre-order items cannot be purchased with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or gift cards.
We do not accept checks, cash, Amex gift cards, Visa gift cards, or money orders online.
Using Promo Codes
To redeem a promo code, enter the code in the space provided on checkout. The value of the promotion will then be applied to your order at checkout. Please note, promo codes cannot be combined with other promotions on the same product.
Using Multiple Credit Cards
At this time, we are unable to split payment across multiple credit cards. However, you may combine a gift card with any major credit card or other accepted payment method at checkout.
International Payments
We accept most credit cards with an international billing address. We also accept Google Pay. Gift cards are not accepted for international orders or orders shipping to Puerto Rico. For the list of countries where we deliver, see International Shipping.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the state and county of the shipping address on your order.
Shop Pay
We offer Shop pay as a payment option for online orders. Shop pay is a service that allows us to offer our clients the ability to make purchases now and pay for them later in four equal installments, made every two weeks.
All items in your cart must be eligible for payment by Shop pay. Ineligible items include gift cards and pre-order items. Clients must have a U.S. billing address and a U.S. phone number to use Shop pay.
Shop pay – How to use it?
Shop Elie Tahari and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Shop pay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Shop pay website to register and provide payment details. If you have used Shop pay before, just log into your Shop pay account and complete your order.

Shop pay – Is there a spend amount?
Yes, your cart must be atleast $50 to use Shop pay with Elie Tahari. Your first order, however, may have a lower maximum value. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Shop pay and Elie Tahari are committed to responsible spending. Several factors are taken into consideration to determine order approvals. Not all orders will be approved.
