At checkout, international clients may select Standard or Express shipping. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico will always ship via Express air services. Orders will be processed by us within 5 business days. Once processed, they will be sent to the Global-e hub where they will be prepared for international shipping. The order will ship within 1 business day via the shipping method selected during checkout.
Customs Clearance
We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of delays. However, please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that may cause delays in delivery estimates.
Duties, Taxes & Shipping Charges
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if they are not already included in the product price. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, which will be noted at checkout before placing your order, and will be the client’s responsibility.

- Disbursement: the amount charged by the carrier to disburse the costs to the country
- Other fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)
- For a limited time, orders shipping to Canada receive complimentary shipping

- Pre-order items cannot be shipped outside of the continental U.S. If a pre-order item is in your shopping bag, it must be removed before checkout can continue. Once an item is no longer listed as “pre-order,” it will be available for delivery.
- Due to shipping regulations, fragrance cannot be shipped outside of the continental U.S.
- Gift packaging is not available for orders shipping to Puerto Rico or international destinations
- Gift cards are not accepted for orders shipping to Puerto Rico or international destinations
