WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise discounted 30% or less from MSRP can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise discounted between 31-49% from MSRP is eligible for an exchange only within 14 days of the delivery date.
Final Sale merchandise or items discounted 50% or more from MSRP cannot be returned or exchanged.
Elie Tahari offers a one-time price adjustment per order within 14 days of purchase. Final sale merchandise is not eligible for any price adjustment.
At this time, Elietahari.com only offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses which we process at an $12 fee. The customer is required to pay shipping and taxes on return orders sent from outside the U.S.
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Once processed, eligible merchandise credits can take up to 24 hours to be delivered. Any merchandise purchased in the outlet boutiques is returnable only to the outlet boutiques. Outlet merchandise will not be acceptable for return in the full price retail boutiques.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Elie Tahari reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
