Full price and merchandise discounted 30% or less from the MSRP can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

Sale merchandise discounted under 49% from MSRP is eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit only within 14 days of the delivery date.

Final Sale merchandise or items discounted 50% or more from MSRP cannot be returned or exchanged.

Elie Tahari offers a one-time price adjustment per order within 14 days of purchase. Final sale merchandise is not eligible for any price adjustment.

Gift items purchased on elietahari.com may be exchanged for an Elie Tahari gift card. Please indicate your preference on the enclosed packing slip and follow the return instructions. If the packing slip is unavailable, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-649-6179 or customerservice@elietahari.com for assistance.

At this time, Elietahari.com only offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses which we process at a $12 fee. The customer is required to pay shipping and taxes on return orders sent from outside the U.S.

Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Once processed, eligible merchandise credits can take up to 24 hours to be delivered.

Disclaimer: If you use your own shipping label to return your order, we will not be liable for any damage, defect or loss that occurs in transit. Any return sent with a label that was not generated through our return portal is sent at your own risk. Elie Tahari is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless we have the ability to follow up directly with our courier to launch an investigation and submit a claim. We will not offer credit or refunds for returned packages / items that are reported as missing or damaged in the event that the complimentary return label that we offer is not used.

How to Receive Your Return Label:

To start your return, please visit our Return Portal. Just enter your order number and the zip code or email address associated with your order. Once you've accessed the portal, you just need to identify the item(s) that you are interested in returning and select a reason for sending the garment(s) back. Please provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can best understand the reason the garment did not work for you.
