Delivery occurs 5 to 10 business days after processing.


Elietahari.com ships to all 50 United States and select U.S. Territories. At this time, we are unable to ship to domestic P.O. Boxes APO/FPO addresses.

Elietahari.com also ships worldwide via DHL. Customers are responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes either upon delivery or paid upfront.

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order

Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.

RETURNS:

Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Sale merchandise marked 40% Off or less can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Final Sale merchandise or items marked 41% Off and over from MSRP cannot be returned or exchanged.

At this time, Elietahari.com only offers UPS return labels for domestic return addresses which we process at an $8 fee. The customer is required to pay shipping and taxes on return orders sent from outside the U.S.

Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest UPS facility. You can also schedule a UPS pickup here.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. *Due to high volume returns may take up to 10 additional days for processing.
Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

Return Confirmation Emails

You will receive a return confirmation email once your RMA has been submitted into our system. Once your order has been received and processed, we will send you an email confirmation.

Refunds and Credits will be applied to the original payment method provided or with an Elie Tahari Gift Card based on our Return Policy.

Refunds will be applied to your payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Within 10 days of placing the order Elie Tahari will honor a price adjustment at the discretion of customer service. GIFT EXCHANGE

If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on elietahari.com, you may exchange the merchandise for an ElieTahari gift card or you can choose to refund the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. Please indicate your choice in the space provided on the packing slip enclosed with your merchandise and follow in the accompanying return instructions.
