Delivery Policy

If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  We do not require signatures for delivery.

Return or Exchange a Gift You Purchased

Online
Start your return or exchange online by visiting elietahari.com/returns. You can either: (1) print your prepaid return shipping label, or (2) have UPS print it for you when you bring your return code to a UPS location. Next, package your item(s) and your return packing slip. Please ensure that all returned items are in a single box. To help us process your return quickly, please don’t include items from other returns in the same box. Shop Pay orders cannot be exchanged; they can only be returned. For any additional assistance, contact Client Services.

Return In-Store
Bring your invoice or receipt to any Tory Burch store for a return or exchange. Refunds for purchases made using PayPal or Afterpay will be issued as a Tory Burch gift card. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method used with PayPal or Afterpay, our store team can assist by shipping your return to our return center, as these refunds cannot be processed in-store. Please note: in-store purchases must be returned to a physical store location.
