We suggest using the following:

• SHOULDERS Measured from shoulder blade to shoulder blade.
• BUST Circumference measured at the fullest part of the chest.
• WAIST Circumference measured at the smallest part of the waist.
• HIP Circumference measured at the fullest part of the hips (or 8" down from waist).
• SLEEVE LENGTH Measured from the center of the back of the neck to the wrist.
• INSEAM Measured from the top of inside the leg to the ankle.

We suggest you size up.

Using a pair of pants that fit you well (of a similar material to those you are buying), measure along the inside of the pant leg from the crotch to the bottom opening. The number of inches is the inseam length, rounded to the nearest ½". For the front rise, take those same pair of pants & measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the crotch.
