Stand naturally. Measure under your arms, around the widest part of your back and around the fullest part of your bust.

2Waist

Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure across at this point.

3Hips

Standing with feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear.

How do I measure myself?

We Suggest using the following:

What if I am in between sizes?

We suggest you size up.

How do I measure inseam and front rise?

Using a pair of pants that fit you well (of a similar material to those you are buying), measure along the inside of the pant leg from the crotch to the bottom opening. The number of inches is the inseam length, rounded to the nearest ½”. For the front rise, take those same pair of pants & measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the crotch.

Beautiful, simple black dress. The sleeves are a bit long, unfortunately, and after sitting in the dress all day, it became stretched from the back, and it looked like a big hole in the butt area. Wasn’t a great look, honestly. I guess it’s just the fabric? Fabric looks very high-quality, just doesn’t seem to keep shape.

Also, I ordered a large since I usually wear a size 10 or 12. The dress was a little looser than I expected. Overall, a great buy, but you have to make sure you’re sizing is correct. I think trying on in store is best. I took a chance and ordered online. I’ll continue wearing the dress, but I’ll be extremely careful about sitting down for too long. Can Elie Tahari explain why this happened ?
